Inspired by the book of the same name.

Accidentally dropped by her mother, a young bat falls into a nest of birds.  There she is accepted as one of the family — as long as she acts like a bird not a bat. The little bat does her best to follow the Bird Parent’s rules, but she can’t help wanting to fly at night or hang upside down to sleep. And the Baby birds want to do everything she does, which causes quite a few problems in the nest.  Then one day, separated from the bird family, Stellaluna is discovered sleeping with her head up by a very confused bat. He calls the other bats and a happily awakened Stellaluna is reunited with her own parents. Both the bats and the birds learn that best friends come in all different packages and it’s fun to try new things, but there’s no place like home.
