David Lavalley

Executive Director Emeritus

David served as Executive Director of TCAN for 22 years, and was recognized by its Board of Directors as Executive Director Emeritus in 2025. David will continue to serve in an advisory role to TCAN on a part-time basis.

During his tenure as Executive Director, David strengthened TCAN’s programming, marketing and operational capacity and supported the organization’s growth as a leading nonprofit in the MetroWest region. David provided leadership for two capital campaigns, resulting in major facility enhancements and the retirement of capital debt from the original Firehouse restoration.

David and his wife Sherry Sandoval have resided in Natick for over 30 years, where they raised two children, Jon and Avery.
