The Center for Arts in Natick (TCAN) has been awarded a significant grant through the Massachusetts Cultural Council’s Gaming Mitigation Fund, providing critical support for Mainstage programming.

Established by the Massachusetts Legislature, the Gaming Mitigation Fund provides grants to nonprofit and municipal performing arts centers for touring shows and artist fees. The program is designed to direct funding to organizations most directly impacted by the operation of resort-style casinos.

This continued investment enables TCAN to bring a diverse array of high-quality touring artists to its stage, enriching the cultural life of the MetroWest region.

“We are grateful to the Massachusetts Cultural Council for their ongoing support,” said TCAN leadership. “Funding like this allows us to present exceptional performances while maintaining accessibility for our audiences.”

The grant will directly support upcoming Mainstage performances, ensuring that TCAN remains a vibrant hub for live arts in the community.
